Privacy

Privacy policy

This website collects personal data in two situations: when you send a message through a form, and when you agree to analytics cookies. There is no account system, no newsletter and no database of visitors. The controller is AMS Digital, Natury 3B, 07-410 Ostrołęka, Polska.

  • Two forms
  • Analytics only with consent
  • No visitor database

Controller

Who is responsible for your data.

Identity

AMS Digital, Natury 3B, 07-410 Ostrołęka, Polska. The business is run by Piotr Jarkowski.

Contact

Email [email protected], telephone 732 132 328. There is no separate data protection officer; questions about data go to the same address.

What is collected

Three sources, and nothing else.

This site is a set of static pages. It has no login, no shopping basket, no comment system and no profiling.

Contact form

Name, email address, message

Submitted through the form on the homepage or the contact page. The language of the page is sent with it so the reply is in the right language. The purpose is answering your enquiry. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns a possible project, and Article 6(1)(f) otherwise, the legitimate interest being replying to correspondence addressed to the business.

Audit form

Name, company, website, email, what you want to improve

Submitted on the free website audit page. Company is optional. The purpose is preparing the review you asked for and sending it back to you. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, since it is a service you requested.

Analytics

Usage statistics, only if you agree

Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept it in the banner. Until then it is loaded in a mode that stores nothing on your device. The lawful basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and you can withdraw it at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Where it goes

The providers involved.

Form submissions are sent to an email inbox. They are not stored in a database on this website, because this website does not have one.

Cloudflare, Inc.

Hosts the site, runs the form endpoint, forwards submissions by email and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals to distinguish a person from a bot, on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the form usable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs including IP addresses are created as part of hosting.

Google

Google Analytics 4 processes usage data after consent. The business inbox that receives form submissions is a Google mail account, so a message you send is stored there while the correspondence is live.

Cal.com

If you book a call through the booking link, that booking happens on Cal.com under their own terms and privacy notice. Nothing about that booking is processed by this website.

Transfers outside the EEA

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. They declare standard contractual clauses as the transfer mechanism. If this matters to your organisation, ask before sending anything sensitive through the form.

How long

Retention.

Correspondence is kept while it is useful, then deleted

A message is kept for as long as needed to answer it and, if a project follows, for the duration of that project and any period required by tax and accounting law afterwards. Correspondence that leads nowhere is deleted within 24 months of the last message. Analytics data is retained according to the property settings in Google Analytics, and it is not linked to the identity of anyone who writes in.

Your rights

What you can ask for.

Write to [email protected] and you get an answer. No particular form is required.

  1. 01

    Access and a copy

You can ask what data about you is held and receive a copy of it.

  2. 02

    Rectification

You can have inaccurate data corrected.

  3. 03

    Erasure

You can ask for your data to be deleted, subject to any retention required by law.

  4. 04

    Restriction and objection

You can ask for processing to be limited, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

  5. 05

    Portability

Where processing is based on a contract or consent, you can receive the data in a structured, machine-readable format.

  6. 06

    Withdrawing consent

Analytics consent can be withdrawn at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

  7. 07

    Complaint

You can complain to the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Cookies and storage

What is stored on your device.

Before you choose

Nothing is stored for analytics. Google Consent Mode runs with storage denied, so no analytics cookie is written until you accept.

After you accept

Google Analytics sets its own cookies, typically named beginning with _ga, to distinguish sessions and visits.

After you decline

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the key ams-consent, and any analytics cookies already set are removed. This entry is not sent anywhere.

Anti-spam

Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived value needed to complete its check when you submit a form.

Is it required

Providing data is voluntary.

But some of it is necessary for the thing you asked for

You do not have to write to me. If you do, a name and an email address are needed to reply, and the audit form additionally needs the address of the site you want reviewed, because without it there is nothing to review. Analytics is entirely optional and the site works identically either way.

Frequently asked questions

Questions connected to this decision.

Do you sell or share data with advertisers?

No. There is no advertising, no remarketing and no data sold or shared for marketing purposes. Advertising storage is switched off in the consent configuration.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

No. There is no newsletter and no marketing list. Writing to me results in a reply, not a subscription.

Is the site usable if I decline analytics?

Yes, identically. Nothing on the site depends on analytics consent.

How do I change my cookie choice later?

Use the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. It reopens the banner so you can change the answer.

When was this last updated?

This version is dated 2026-09-02. It is updated when the way the site handles data actually changes, not on a schedule.
