What the content is
Descriptions of services, articles and pages on this site are information. They are not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, and nothing here creates an obligation on either side. A project begins when a written scope and price are agreed.
This site deliberately publishes no price list. Any figure discussed by email or on a call relates to a specific scope and does not carry over to a different one.
The guides describe how I approach common decisions. They are written for a general reader and are not advice on your specific situation, and they age: what is accurate about a platform today may not be in a year.
Nothing on this site promises a ranking, a conversion rate, a traffic level or a commercial result. Where a page describes what a change is meant to achieve, that is an intention, not a warranty.
Using the forms
Sending a message starts a conversation. It does not book work, reserve capacity or oblige either of us to anything.
The website audit is provided free of charge and with no obligation on either side. It is one person's assessment of a website, offered in good faith, and you are free to act on it, ignore it, or take it to someone else.
The forms are for genuine enquiries. Automated submissions, spam and attempts to use the endpoint for anything other than contacting me are not permitted, and an anti-spam check is in place.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, design and code of this website belong to AMS Digital unless stated otherwise. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. Republishing substantial parts as your own is not permitted.
Projects in the portfolio are shown to illustrate work carried out. Trade marks, logos and content within them belong to the respective clients.
This site links to external pages, including documentation and client websites. Those pages are not under my control and I am not responsible for their content or their availability.
Liability and complaints
The site is provided as it is. I aim to keep it available and accurate, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is current at the moment you read it.
Decisions you take based on general information published here are yours. Liability is limited to what cannot be excluded under Polish law.
Write to [email protected] describing the problem. You will get a reply within 14 days of the message arriving.
Polish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of a consumer under mandatory provisions of Polish or EU law.
Changes
This version is dated 2026-09-02. If the way the site works changes in a way that affects these terms, the text is updated and the date with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.

Sources and basis
The identification details are published because Polish law on electronic services requires a service provider to be identifiable and reachable. This page is a description of how the site is used, not legal advice.
ISAP, Sejm RP · Verified 2026-09-02
The Polish act requiring a service provider to publish identifying and contact details, which is what the identification section provides.
