I build to your system
Client-First, your own convention, or whatever the project already uses. Naming, structure and folder logic follow your standard, so your team can take the project back at any point.
Webflow development for agencies
You have the design and the client relationship. What you need is someone who takes the Figma file, builds it properly in Webflow, hits the date you promised, and stays invisible unless you want otherwise.
How it works
Most agency relationships fail on process rather than craft. These are the parts worth agreeing before the first file moves.
Client-First, your own convention, or whatever the project already uses. Naming, structure and folder logic follow your standard, so your team can take the project back at any point.
White-label by default. I do not contact your client, do not appear in their Slack, and do not put the work in a public portfolio without your written agreement.
You get one person who read the file, not a rotating team. Questions come back in a batch rather than as a stream of interruptions.
I quote after seeing the file, not before. A date given before the component decisions are visible is a guess, and guesses are what damage agency relationships.
What I take on
The design is done and the pipeline is full. The build happens on schedule without you hiring for one project.
Your team is strong in design or another platform and Webflow is occasional. I cover the Webflow projects without you maintaining the skill in-house.
Someone started it and it is not working. This is quoted after an audit, because inherited builds vary from tidy to unsalvageable and it is unfair to both of us to guess.
What I need from you
Not every breakpoint drawn, but enough that I am not inventing behaviour and calling it a decision.
Questions will come. A named approver turns a two-week delay into a one-day one.
Including whether it is a client presentation or a live launch. Those need different sequencing, and knowing which one changes what I build first.
Frequently asked questions
By default, yes. Your client does not need to know I exist, and nothing goes into a portfolio without your agreement in writing.
If you want technical answers in the room, yes, under your brand. Most agencies prefer not, and that is the default.
Per project after seeing the file. Ongoing arrangements are possible once we have shipped something together, which is a better basis than a rate card either of us would revise.
It gets quoted as a change, openly and before it happens. Absorbing scope silently is how subcontractor relationships go bad.
Yes, either through you or directly with the client, whichever you prefer. Your call, not the client’s.
Sources and basis
Build conventions reference Webflow documentation and published accessibility standards, so a project can be handed back to your team without relying on my personal habits.

Current documentation for components and properties, which is what makes a build maintainable rather than a set of copied sections.
